Frequently Asked Questions

How do my clips get onto it?

There is nothing to install and no network to join. The Orb behaves like any flash drive: hook up the bundled USB lead, then drop whichever clips and pictures you want onto it.

How large is the Forever Orb's sphere?

Measuring 70mm (2.75 inch) across, the Memory Orb sits neatly on a shelf at home or hangs straight from a Christmas tree branch.

What is the storage capacity?

Onboard you get 4GB of space — room for more than 100 of your dearest photos and video clips.

Must it stay connected to power constantly?

Not at all. A rechargeable 800mAh cell inside the Memory Orb runs for 2-4 hours per charge, which means your memories travel with you instead of staying near a plug socket.
